If you are more than an hour late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
Pickup Timeline: Your pottery pieces will be ready for pickup at our studio within 15 days at the latest, from the date you complete your session. If you are unable to come, someone you trust may pick them up for you by providing your name and session date.

If we are unable to contact the person who made the reservation by email or phone, it will be cancelled without prior notice. All reservations require a real name and valid contact details; false, incorrect, or unverifiable information will result in automatic cancellation.

Booking Information:
Each seat is reserved for up to 2h30m. If seats are available, you have the option to extend your stay for an additional hour for 8€.
Each participant is required to choose at least one piece from the seven main categories during every 2h30m session.
Please note that we are not liable if you arrive late, as it may affect your painting session.
Please note that our seats are specifically for painting guests. We will charge an extra fee of 10€ per guest who doesn’t want to paint.

Number of pottery pieces:
You paint as many pieces as you like – payment is based on the number of pieces you choose. You manage your own time within the 2h30m pottery painting session.
Events:
For groups larger than 10, including events like birthdays and team-building activities, please reserve via email at info@klaeykreative.com
We will return with a confirmation and details (don’t forget to check your spam folder!)
Payments:
Payment is based on the number of pieces you choose and is mandatory at the end of the 2h30 pottery painting session. If you paint the piece, you pay for the piece.
Book our entire space:
Our creative space can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. Please contact us directly – info@klaeykreative.com to reserve our space.
Shipping (EU, outside Portugal only):
Shipping is only available for people living abroad and within the EU.
The shipment includes up to 4 pieces and costs 60€, with a tracking number.
Food and Drinks:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
