MCCR Concept, Lda. (company name) owns the website and online store www.klaeykreative.com and www.klaeykreativepayments.com, with registered office at Avenida Frei Miguel Contreiras, 54 D, 1700-213, Lisboa, Portugal, registered under NIF PT517984687.
Klæy Kreative (trade name) is a pottery painting studio offering a variety of creative services, including painting sessions, events, workshops, and other activities for both individuals and businesses. Detailed information about our services, event schedules, pricing, and locations can be found on our website.


3. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this document regularly to stay informed of any changes.


4. Data Protection
Klæy Kreative complies with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. We are committed to protecting your personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


5. Accuracy of Information
The accuracy of the information you provide is your responsibility. Any false information that leads to damages will be your liability.


6. Collection of Personal Data
We collect personal data for purposes such as booking, invoicing, account management, and sending newsletters. While we implement security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee complete security from third-party misuse and are not liable for such incidents.


7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of taxes, and are non-negotiable.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Offers made on our website or social media are subject to availability and may be limited by stock or time frame.
Klæy Kreative does not reserve pottery items for customers.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
Payment is based on the number of pieces you choose and is mandatory at the end of the 2h30 pottery painting session. If you paint the piece, you pay for the piece.


8. Use of Photos and Videos
Klæy Kreative may use photos and video footage taken in the studio for promotional purposes. Prior notice will be provided to the customer. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us. However, we are not responsible for photos taken by customers or third parties.


9. Reservations
9.1. Open Studio
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. By booking, you agree to be present at the scheduled time.
If you are more than an hour late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
Each participant is required to choose at least one piece from each of the five main categories during every 2h30m session.
Your booking is officially confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to contact the person who made the reservation by email or phone, it will be cancelled without prior notice. All reservations require a real name and valid contact details; false, incorrect, or unverifiable information will result in automatic cancellation.

9.2. Private Events
Payment of the total amount is required and must be completed within 72 hours after confirmation of the event date and receipt of the pro forma invoice by email.
Even after payment, if fewer participants attend on the day of the event, no refund will be issued for the difference.


10. Pickup
Please note: the pieces must be collected within 15 days of the pickup notification. After this period, a storage fee of 5€ per week per participant will apply.
If the pieces are not collected within 30 days from the date of the first pickup notification, they will be automatically and irrevocably donated, without further notice or consent.
If you can’t pick it up yourself, a friend, family member, or someone else can collect it for you! They just need to provide your name and the date of your pottery painting session.
This policy applies to all pieces made in pottery painting sessions from March 03, 2025, onward.
Hours to pickup: from Wednesday to Sunday, from 14h to 19h (Except on Mondays and Tuesdays)


11. Shipment
Shipment is only available for people living abroad and within the European Union (Madeira and Azores islands are also included). The shipment includes 1 to 4 items and costs 60€ with a tracking number (only for the same address).
– Shipping Damage: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit. We do our best to pack everything with care and attention to detail.
– Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages: We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or packages returned to us once the order is in the hands of the shipping provider. If a package is returned for any reason (such as an incomplete/incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or recipient unavailability), the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.
– No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


12. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. By using our services, you consent to the use of cookies, which help us optimize the site and provide relevant content. Third-party cookies from social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok may also be used.


13. Inspection of Pottery Pieces
Customers are responsible for inspecting their pieces upon collection.
Minor variations due to the handmade nature of the pottery are normal and are not considered defects.
Claims for damage during firing or due to unfavourable conditions may be approved by Klæy Kreative, but no claims will be accepted after collection or for dissatisfaction with the final product, as all pieces are handmade.
Due to the organic nature of the materials, we cannot guarantee the absence of invisible production errors.
In the event of damage to pottery during glazing, firing, or handling by the Klæy Kreative team, the customer may request a similar pottery piece and painting session within the same price range as the damaged item.


14. Gift Vouchers
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of gift vouchers (“Gift Cards”) through our website, powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, utilizing the PW Gift Cards plugin and Mollie as our payment provider.

14.1. General
By purchasing or using a Gift Card from our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not purchase or use our Gift Cards.

14.2. Purchase Process
Gift Cards can be purchased online via our website.
Payments are processed securely through Mollie.
After successful payment, the Gift Card code will be sent digitally to the recipient’s email address provided during checkout.

14.3. Delivery
Gift Cards purchased in our studio are delivered in person.
Gift Card codes purchased online are delivered electronically.
Ensure the recipient’s email is correct before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for Gift Card codes sent to incorrect or invalid email addresses.

14.4. Redemption
Gift Cards can only be redeemed during checkout in our studio.
Gift Cards may be used as a full or partial payment toward any eligible product.
If the chosen item is more expensive than the Gift Card value, the price difference must be paid at checkout.
If the chosen item is less expensive, unused balances are non-refundable but may be applied to future sessions within 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

14.5. Expiration
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Expired Gift Cards cannot be redeemed, reactivated, or refunded.

14.6. Unused Balances
Unused amounts from a Gift Card remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases within the original 12-month validity period.

14.7. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without our prior written consent.

14.8. Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

14.9. Technical Issues
If you encounter issues with redeeming your Gift Card, please contact customer service at info@klaeykreative.com.
In case of a system error, we reserve the right to delay fulfillment or manually adjust balances until resolved.


15. Subscription Plans
15.1. Casual Creator
Price: 59,99€ per month (save up to ~30€ per month)
Offer: Get 3 pieces, pay for 2

15.2. Studio Regular
Price: 79,99€ per month (save up to ~40€ per month)
Offer: Get 3 pieces, pay for 2
Available categories: Sand to Pistachio

15.3. Pottery Lover
Price: 89,99€ per month (save up to ~60€ per month)
Offer: Get 3 pieces, pay for 2
Available categories: Sand to Serene

15.4. Subscription Rules
– One Subscription per Account: Each subscriber may have only one subscription plan per account.
– Time Slot: Each session lasts 2h30m.
– Requirement: At least 1 piece must be chosen per session.
– Extra Time: If you cannot finish a piece during your session, you must pay an extra hour (subject to availability).
– Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Only the account holder may use the subscription.
– Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are recurring monthly. Payments are automatically charged on a monthly basis, starting on the date of the first payment.
– Current or future payments: If any current or future subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, Klaey Kreative reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the subscription and its benefits, or terminate the subscription, with no obligation to provide services or benefits during any period of non-payment, until full payment is received.
– Upgrade/Downgrade: Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time via their “My Account” page. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
– Unused Pieces: Unused pieces cannot be carried over to the next month.
– Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in the subscription price.
– Changes to Subscription Offerings: We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, prices, or categories with advance notice via our website and/or social media.
– Please note that current and future offers or discounts will not be applied to subscription plans and will not affect your monthly subscription.

15.5. Cancellation Policy
– Notice Period: Subscribers can cancel at any time. After cancellation, the subscription remains active for the remainder of the current month and the entire following month, which will be billed as usual. After this notice period ends, the subscription will be fully terminated, and no further charges will be applied.
– Plan Lock at Cancellation: Once a cancellation is submitted, the subscription plan is locked. Any upgrades or downgrades made after cancellation will not affect the remaining subscription period. Subscribers will continue to enjoy the benefits of the plan in effect at the time of cancellation until the end of the following month.
– How to Cancel: Cancellation can be done via email at info@klaeykreative.com.
– Current and Next Month Usage: After cancellation, subscribers may continue using their subscription for the remainder of the current month and the entire following month. The next month will still be billed. After that period, the subscription ends, and no further charges will be applied.
– Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect after the end of the following month, so no further monthly payments will be charged after that period.
– Account-Specific & Non-Transferable: Each subscription is tied to a single account and cannot be transferred. Only the account holder may use the subscription.

15.6. Other Terms
– Agreement to Terms: By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly payments and these Subscription Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service.
– Modifications to Subscriptions: We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, prices, or categories. Changes will be communicated in advance via our website and/or social media.
– Billing and Payment: Payments are automatically billed monthly, starting on the date of your first payment. Subscribers are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date.
– Payment Failures & Account Updates: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis, starting on the date of the first payment. If a payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, expired, or invalid payment details, the subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is successfully received. Subscribers will be notified via email to update their payment information. Failure to do so may result in interruption or termination of the subscription. Any unused benefits during a payment failure period may not be carried over unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
– Non-Transferable & Account-Specific: Subscriptions are strictly tied to the subscriber’s account and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person.
– Liability and Limitations: We are not responsible for missed usage due to account issues, payment failures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Unused pieces or benefits cannot be refunded or carried over unless explicitly stated.
– Communication: Subscribers agree to receive updates related to their subscription via email or messages through their account or contact number.


16. Klaey Kreative Kit
16.1. General
The Klaey Kreative Kit is a takeaway pottery painting experience provided by Klaey Kreative. By purchasing and/or using the kit, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

16.2. Kit Contents
Each Klaey Kreative Kit includes:
– 1 pottery piece selected from the available categories
– A brush set
– 4 paint colours
– 1 sponge
– 1 toothpick
– 1 tracing paper
– Carrying box
– Instruction guide
– Pickup form
Kit contents may vary slightly depending on availability.
The instruction guide and pickup form are included inside the box. Customers are responsible for returning the completed pickup form together with their pottery piece when delivering it back to the studio for glazing and firing.

16.3. Piece Categories & Pricing
Customer may choose one pottery piece from one of these categories only:
– Sand Kit – 27,90€ (one piece from the Sand category)
– Luna Kit – 34,90€ (one piece from the Luna category)
– Blossom Kit – 37,90€ (one piece from the Blossom category)
Kit prices vary according to the selected category. Only pieces from the Sand, Luna, and Blossom categories are eligible for Klaey Kreative Kits. Check our categories HERE.
Not allowed:
– Larger pieces (even if you offer to pay the difference)
– Pieces from any category other than Sand, Luna, or Blossom
– Any pieces from the Add-ons category

16.4. Additional Paint Colours, Brushes & Sponges
Additional colours: You can choose more than 4 colours. Each additional color is charged at 2,45€ per color.
Additional brushes: It is sold in pairs, and each pair (2 brushes) costs 1,95€.
Additional sponges: Each additional sponge is charged at 1,45€.

16.5. Return Period
The pottery piece from the Klaey Kreative Kit must be returned to the studio within a maximum period of 3 months from the purchase date.
Klaey Kreative reserves the right to refuse glazing and firing services for pieces returned after this period.

16.6. Pickup Form
A completed pickup form is required for each pottery piece returned for glazing and firing.
The pickup form must be returned together with the pottery piece. Klaey Kreative cannot guarantee the processing of pieces returned without the corresponding form.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
If a form is completed on behalf of another person, the individual completing the form confirms that all involved parties have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

16.7. Glazing & Firing
Once the pottery piece is returned to the studio, Klaey Kreative will glaze and fire the piece.
Pieces will be ready for collection within up to 15 days after being returned to the studio.
Production times may occasionally vary due to kiln capacity, technical issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

16.8. Handmade Process
Pottery painting and firing are handmade processes. Small variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur after firing.
Klaey Kreative cannot guarantee exact colour outcomes, as glaze colours may appear differently before and after firing.

16.9. Damages & Breakage
While Klaey Kreative handles all pieces with care, pottery remains fragile and may occasionally break during the glazing or firing process.
Klaey Kreative is not liable for any damages, breakage, loss, or accidents occurring outside the studio, including during transport, storage, or use of the Klaey Kreative Kit.
Customers are responsible for handling and transporting their pottery pieces carefully before returning them to the studio.
In the event of accidental breakage occurring during the studio glazing or firing process, Klaey Kreative will assess the situation and may offer a replacement piece or alternative solution at its discretion.
Klaey Kreative is not responsible for damages occurring after pickup.

16.10. Uncollected Pieces
See section 10. Pickup.

16.11. Health & Safety
The Klaey Kreative Kit should be used responsibly and under adult supervision when used by children.
Customers should follow the provided instructions carefully.

16.12. Data Protection
By completing the pickup form or providing personal information, customers consent to the processing of their data by Klaey Kreative for:
– order management
– customer communication
– pickup notifications
– promotional and marketing communications
Customer data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klaey Kreative’s Privacy Policy.

16.13. Right to Refuse Service
Klaey Kreative reserves the right to refuse glazing, firing, or processing of any piece that:
– was not purchased through Klaey Kreative
– cannot be identified through the studio system
– presents safety or technical risks for firing
– is returned without the corresponding pickup form

16.14. Payment Methods & Gift Vouchers
Klaey Kreative Kits may be purchased using the same payment methods available in the studio.
Valid Klaey Kreative gift vouchers may be used toward the purchase of a Klaey Kreative Kit.
Please note that Klaey Kreative Kits are not included in, and cannot be purchased through, Klaey Kreative Subscription Plans.

16.15. Use of Materials
The Klaey Kreative Kit is designed to be used exclusively with the materials provided inside the kit.
We strongly recommend using only the included paints, tools, and accessories, as they are specifically selected and tested for compatibility with our pottery pieces and firing process.
Klaey Kreative does not recommend the use of any external materials, paints, or tools. We are not responsible for any damage, defects, or unexpected results arising from the use of materials not included in the Klaey Kreative Kit.

16.16. Changes to Terms
Klaey Kreative reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on the Klaey Kreative website.


17. Events Outside The Studio
17.1. Service Overview
Klæy Kreative provides mobile pottery painting experiences delivered at the client’s chosen location within the Lisbon area.
Each experience includes:
All pottery materials, paints, brushes, and tools
On-site setup and styling of the creative space
Step-by-step guidance from trained instructors
Glazing and kiln firing completed at Klæy Kreative’s studio
Packaging of finished ceramic pieces
All materials remain the property of Klæy Kreative at all times.

17.2. Location & Availability
Events are available for off-site locations within the Lisbon area only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client must ensure the venue is suitable for a creative workshop, including adequate space, tables, and seating for participants.
Any access restrictions (e.g. stairs, parking limitations, entry rules) must be communicated in advance.

17.3. Experience Options & Pricing
All bookings include a base service fee plus a per-person rate, depending on the selected experience.
Base Fee
Starting from €395 per event (VAT included)
This fee covers transportation, setup, materials preparation, and instructor presence.
Experience Options
The Full Experience – €69 per person
Curated selection of pottery pieces (plates, bowls, mugs, vases, etc.)
Each participant chooses one piece
Greater creative freedom and variety
The Essential – €49 per person
One pottery piece per participant (mug or bowl)
Simple, accessible, and relaxed creative format
Final pricing is based on confirmed participant numbers and selected experience type.

17.4. Booking Requirements
All event requests must be submitted at least one month in advance.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Klæy Kreative.
No booking is considered confirmed until written approval has been issued and payment terms are fulfilled.

17.5. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in person at Klæy Kreative’s studio.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the client must provide proof of payment for the booking to be confirmed.
Failure to complete payment or provide proof within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

17.6. Participant Numbers
A minimum of 15 participants is required.
Any changes must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval.
Even after payment, if fewer participants attend on the day of the event, no refunds will be issued for the difference.

17.7. Setup Requirements
Klæy Kreative will provide all materials and manage the full setup on-site.
The client must ensure the venue is accessible and suitable for creative workshop activities.
The client is responsible for ensuring the space meets the basic requirements communicated before the event.

17.8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and by email.
Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the preparation stage and costs already incurred.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Klæy Kreative reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative date will be offered.

17.9. Firing, Processing & Delivery
All completed pieces are transported back to Klæy Kreative’s studio for glazing and kiln firing.
Processing and firing times may take up to 30 days, depending on workload, drying time, and kiln schedules.
Once the process is completed, all finished pieces will be delivered within the Lisbon area to the responsible person designated for the event booking.
After delivery of all finished pieces from the event has been completed, Klæy Kreative is not responsible for issuing pickup notifications, reminders, or further follow-ups.
Klæy Kreative is not responsible for any loss, damage, breakage, or deterioration of pieces after delivery has been completed, nor for any items not distributed by the designated responsible person.
Storage beyond the agreed collection or delivery arrangement period may incur additional fees.

17.10. Liability
Klæy Kreative is not liable for damage caused by unsuitable venue conditions.
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is safe and appropriate for the workshop setup.
Klæy Kreative is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event.
Participation is at the client’s own responsibility.

17.11. Photography & Media
Klæy Kreative may take photographs or videos during events for marketing and promotional use.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media must notify the team prior to or during the event.

17.12. Amendments
Klæy Kreative reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply.


18. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible or liable for any personal items that are lost, left behind, or forgotten in our studio. Clients are solely responsible for their belongings and are advised to ensure they take all personal items with them upon leaving the premises. Please note that we do not store or hold any forgotten personal items, and any such items will not be retained.


19. Studio Policy – Unfinished Pieces
19.1. Unfinished Pieces
After your pottery painting session, you have up to 15 days to return and continue working on your piece.

19.2. Extra Time
To continue painting, you must book a seat in advance through our website. Each additional hour is charged at 8€ per participant.

19.3. After 15 Days
If the piece is not finished within 15 days from your original painting session, we will glaze and fire it as it is. This ensures we can manage studio space fairly and keep all pieces moving.


20. Updates to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
